DiFeliceantonio Dear Roberto,
I read your letter and took a ride on his blog.
I must say that reading what you write, especially a few sentences on the blog, it helps me to understand and then evaluate, within the powers of this office of the Mayor's office, how we can help.
I try to explain.
When I get letters from people like you "live on the street", the first thing I do is to encourage social services to offer hospitality.
In his case, probably wrong, I seem to catch something different, I seem to feel that his situation is, somehow, also the result of a choice. As you can imagine, if his was a life choice and not a condition to which he was forced by life itself, would completely change the perspective on the whole story.
Therefore, in the hope that it can forgive and understand the extreme informality of this letter, could you please clarify this aspect first. The task assigned by Alemanno is to try to help where possible and within the limits of the rules and the rights of everyone, Who is the Mayor. To test to do whatever I can not understand what the real situation.
Greetings

The concept is "live and let live." Nothing personal
